Luigi Fedele joined CSG in 2011 to lead CSG’s Hospitality Division. In this role, he is responsible for the successful day-to-day operation of all hotels, resorts, restaurants and other hospitality properties in CSG’s portfolio.

Fluent in Italian, English, French and Spanish, Luigi Fedele earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and his Masters degree in Culinary Arts at the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne.

Since 1976, Luigi has held corporate executive positions with leading international hotel organizations, optimizing performance of several portfolios in quality, service levels and profitability.

During his 5 years as VP Corporate Director of Operations with Americana Hotels Corporation in Chicago, Luigi succeeded in rejuvinating and re-opening a number of hotels including The Americana Snow King Resort & Spa, Jackson Hole, Wyoming and the Eden II Resort & Spa in Ochos Rios, Jamaica. With his focus he achieved high guest satisfaction, enhanced revenues and a healthy bottom line for these and many other Americana Hotels & Resort properties.

As VP Director of Hotel Operations at National Hospitality Corporation, Luigi oversaw the operation of 9 hotels located throughout the Northeastern US. Among them were The Stanhope in New York and Headquarters Plaza Hotel, Morristown, New Jersey.

In 1990, Luigi left the Northeast for the Carribean where over the next 2 decades he managed a number of award winning, prestigious and world-class resorts in his role as Managing Director and Vice President of Operations. Some of these properties were: Casa De Campo Resort & Spa and The Breakers Condo Resort & Spa, both in the Dominican Republic; Oceanside Hotel & Spa, The Sands at Grace Bay Resort, The Palms Grand Resort & Spa, Coral Garden Condo Resort & Spa, and Royal West Indies Condo Resort & Spa – all in Turks & Caicos Islands; Discovery at Merigot Bay Sonesta Boutique Resport & Spa, St Lucia; the Cunadevida Wellness Center & Spa and the Valle Escondido Residential Golf & Spa Resort, both in Panama. Awards won by Luigi and his team at these resorts include: Carribean World Travel Magazine’s Best Carribean Condo Resort 2002/2003 (Oceanside); Rank #7 of Conde Nast’s 100 Best Carribean Resorts (The Sands); RCI’s Gold Crown World Class Resorts Award; and Conde Nast Traveler’s Prestigious Gold List.

For 8 years during this time period, Luigi served as Vice President of Operations for Sun Development Company in Aruba where he was responsible for the very sucessful development and/or restructuring of Sun Development’s multi-holdings consisting of a master-planned development of luxurious homes, condos, resorts & spas, timeshare units and an 18-hole world-class Robert Trent Jones golf course.

Most recently, Luigi served as Managing Director of 5-Star, world-renowned Paradisus Princesa Del Mar Resort & Spa – Sol Melia, Varadero, Cuba.

Luigi is based in the West Palm Beach, Florida area.
